Who you contract with
Quantum Group Security is a holding company. It does not itself deliver engagements. Any engagement is contracted with, and delivered by, the individual brand you engage, and the legal entity is named on the agreement before you sign.
No company in the group performs formal audits, signs Reports on Compliance, issues Attestations of Compliance, or certifies anyone as compliant. A SOC 2 examination is performed by an independent licensed CPA firm; a PCI DSS assessment is performed by an independent Qualified Security Assessor. Those independence requirements exist in the standards themselves and protect you as the buyer.

Informational, plus a way to make contact. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or professional advice for your specific situation. Any figures referenced are published market ranges, not quotations. A quotation exists only when one of our brands sends it to you in writing against a defined scope.
No guarantee of outcome
Independent assessors reach their own conclusions. Neither the group nor any brand within it can guarantee that an engagement will result in a passing audit or assessment, and we would advise caution with any firm that offers such a guarantee.

Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement contract, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Engagement contracts may specify a different governing law.
