Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 August 2026.

This policy explains what Quantum Group Security does with the information you send us. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

Only what you select in the enquiry form: your email address, what you need help with, what prompted it, and a rough company size band. We do not ask for a phone number, a company name, or a job title.

Our analytics provider records anonymous, aggregated page usage. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To work out which of our brands fits your situation and reply to you in writing. That is the only reason. The lawful basis is your request for information, together with our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who sees it

Our own team, and our transactional email provider, which delivers the confirmation to you and the notification to us. If your enquiry is routed to one of the group brands, that brand sees it too. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to an engagement are kept for as long as our professional and legal obligations require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us and we will act on it. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

The form is served over TLS. Submissions are stored on access-controlled systems. Credentials for our email provider are held outside the public webroot and are not readable by the website.
